UNCLE  D'S  SMOKEHOUSE BBQ & GRILL 

 UNCLE D'S SMOKEHOUSE BBQ & GRILL is a family-operated food trailer business in the Coachella Valley. It's owned by Darryl and LeVita, a husband and wife team. Darryl’s Great-Grandmother and Grandmother both had Soul Food / BBQ restaurants in Blythe and Los Angeles California. He’s been in front of the pit for over 20 years.  LeVita has also worked as a Private Chef for a few families in San Bernardino County. The first time they cooked together, she made her BBQ Baked Beans and he fell in love with them. He looked at her and said, "I can build a  BBQ business around your Baked Beans".  The couple now owns a Mobile BBQ Food Trailer that specializes in Smoked Meats and Good Eats!
